I have so much shit to say, I havent blogged in like a week. My cousin was visiting from VA.

Anyone that knows me is well aware that I never leave my house without a fresh WEAVE. Yes, I said weave. Whether it be a wig, which is rare, or most commonly a sow-in weave, I always have my hair done. Over the years it has taken a toll on my real hair. My real hair has been through EVERYTHING, from split ends, dry scalp, tangling, bald spots, you name it. So recently, like a couple of months ago I decided to trim it, shave the sides and do like a curly mohawk thing with my natural hair. My hair felt so healthy and I got a couple of compliments but I still ended up HATING the short hair. I have a really big head so yeah...not a good look. Contrary to popular belief, not everyone can rock a short do *cough cough Ciara cough.

SOOO, you guessed it! I went back to weave. My real hair went back on the backburner and now it just looks horrid. SO today I just cut it all off AND NOW I LOOK LIKE A FAT SOLANGE!!

im really upset but I guess its for the best. I just ordered this damn near $300 full lace wig tho so it should be here shortly. (dont ask how I got the money for it) The problem is tho, I have to find a way to maintain the healthiness of my natural hair while wearing the weave. I have a hair appointment this thursday so we'll see if this lady has anything useful to say about my hair while she installs my lacewig.

but seriously though, am I the only one who thinks that if your hair isnt right, then EVERYTHING else is fucked up? idk, maybe im a tad bit superficial.
